About Us

Dakota & Dustin

Dakota and Dustin are brothers who grew up on their family’s farm in Clay County. Dakota has a welding degree from Vincennes Community College. Dustin has a Ag Engineering Degree from Purdue University. They bought their first rental property in 2013.

Locations

We own rental properties in Terre Haute, Rosedale, and Brazil, Indiana. Our properties range from studio apartments to four bedroom houses.
